CornuFé
The CornuFé, originally known as l’ensemble gastronome, was introduced in the early 1960s to meet the needs of a changing society and has evolved to provide tools on par with modern professional style ranges while maintaining the distinctive, elegant La Cornue design.
CornuFé features two convection ovens that accommodate four racks, each allowing for great versatility of cooking and baking. The left oven also features additional cooking modes for broiling, traditional baking, and browning. The inside panels of the ovens can be removed and washed in the dishwasher for easy maintenance. The large capacity cooktop features five solid brass gas burners equipped with a thermocouple safety mechanism and cast-iron grates.
Albertine, a 36″ range, features a single multi-function & convection oven and the same cooktop configuration as the CornuFé 110.
